MC-JTP Concept Sdn Bhd is wholly-owned subsidiary of TPM Technopark Sdn Bhd with the company’s main activity is rental of factory lots and office spaces.

 

MC-JTP Concept Sdn Bhd consist of 9 unit factory lots and 13 unit office lots.

 

The Company provides services to SME Company and to newly formed companies in Johor especially in Pasir Gudang area.

 

The Joint Factory concept is mainly to save expenditure for SME by sharing common facilities namely sewerage treatment, compound lighting, security guard, cleaning services, garbage collection, conference room, reception room, restroom, canteen and complying with authority credentials on local law and regulations.

 

MCJTP company will continue to grow its business of leasing factories and offices, within Pasir Gudang area and beyond
